An interesting new study from the United States has further investigated a possible link between Sleep Apnoea and the development of epilepsy in older adults.
With the long-awaited changes to the Free Travel scheme due to come into effect in July – advocated for by Epilepsy Ireland – the impending changes were recently discussed in the Dail.
The matter was raised by Deputy Ciarán Cannon with Minister for Social Protection, Deputy Heather Humphreys – with Deputy Cannon in particular querying details on the application process which will be involved.
