In advance of UN International Youth Day 2023, our colleagues in the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) are hosting a special event to celebrate young people with epilepsy across the globe!!
The event will allow attendees to:
- Learn more about the IBE's Youth Programme
- Hear about the personal journeys of some of the IBE's Global Youth Team Members
- Meet some of the 2023 International Golden Light Award Winners....(including an Irish Epilepsy Ireland Media volunteer!!)
- Have their say on priorities for Young People with Epilepsy
- Help shape the IBE's future epilepsy youth initiatives
- Get involved in the IBE's network of young people with epilepsy worldwide
This is sure to be an interesting and informative event for young people with epilepsy worldwide. At Epilepsy Ireland, we are priviledged to have some incredible youth advocates across the country so we wanted to share details of this event from the IBE on our website, as we have no doubt it will be of interest to many of our supporters.
